Binding Nature of these Terms and Conditions
Your use of this site is subject to these Terms and Conditions and by accessing, using, browsing or purchasing on this website you accept and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions then do not access or otherwise use the site or any information contained on it. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions periodically without notice to you.
We offer the website and its services only to those who may lawfully enter into and form contracts under Australian law. Persons under the age of 18 years are not permitted to purchase alcohol by means of this website.
Bristol Farm Customer Service Commitment
We are committed to providing the highest level of customer service and product quality. All product descriptions are accurate, all products listed on our website are in stock unless otherwise stated and pricing is true and correct.
Delivery and Shipment ( including heat policy )
Standard delivery timeframes within Australia are between 3 – 7 business days. During prolonged periods of hot weather our standard policy is to delay shipment until settled favourable weather conditions prevail however you may request your shipment to be despatched on an “in any event“ basis but, if you do so, we do not accept any liability for heat affected wine that you may receive as a result.
In the event that an ordered item is not available or, for some reason, we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 3 business days to arrange an alternative product or a full refund.
Delivery costs vary depending upon your location. We can deliver throughout Australia (other than the Northern Territory and northern West Australia).
By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to purchase the goods which are the subject of your order and these Terms and Conditions shall apply in relation to any such order. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer to purchase for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product ( temporary or otherwise ), an error in the price or product description occurring on this website, an error in your order or a failure or delay in your payment. In the unlikely event that we cannot accept or process your order after payment has been received we will contact you as soon as possible to make arrangements for a refund. Your ability to purchase products via this website may be terminated by Bristol Farm Wines in its absolute discretion at any time without notice to you.
Returns and Refunds
We will replace any damaged or faulty bottle which is returned to us or, if replacement is not possible, we will refund the cost of the bottle or bottles affected ( however we must be satisfied that the bottle/s have been correctly stored and handled by you ). Refund requests should be sent to email@example.com and will be processed as soon as the bottle/s have been received at the address which we specify for return delivery.
Sale of Alcohol
Bristol Farm Wines supports the responsible service of alcohol and takes every reasonable precaution to ensure that alcohol is not sold to persons under the age of 18 years. By using this site you declare that you are over the age of 18 and that the person receiving the wine is over the age of 18. Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor.
